IslandBridge Global Education is an independent education-guidance and academic and career-support service based in Nassau, The Bahamas. For questions about your information, email info@islandbridgeglobal.com.

What we collect

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, requested service and the message you provide. Your message may include educational background, programme interests, a deadline or a document word count. Please provide only information needed to understand your request; this form does not accept document uploads or payment-card details.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, prepare a quote and provide any service you agree to purchase. We may keep related correspondence and service or payment records. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Form delivery and service providers

The form uses FormSubmit to deliver your enquiry to our business email inbox. FormSubmit processes the form contents for delivery; its privacy terms also apply. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate their services.

If you purchase a service, payment is arranged through a PayPal invoice. PayPal handles the payment information under its own privacy terms. We do not collect payment-card information through this website. Service providers may process information outside The Bahamas.

Sharing and access

We do not sell your enquiry information. Access is limited to people and providers handling your enquiry or agreed service. We will not send your documents or personal details to a school or other institution without your agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Protection and retention

Enquiries are delivered to our business email account rather than displayed publicly on the website. We limit access to client correspondence and use it for the purposes described here. We keep information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, provide the agreed service and maintain necessary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your contact details, stop further contact, or delete enquiry information by emailing info@islandbridgeglobal.com. We may need to retain records connected to an agreed service, payment or legal obligation; we will explain any such limitation when responding to your request.

You can contact us by email or WhatsApp if you prefer not to use the form. Those providers process messages under their own privacy terms.
